Mercer, one of the Largest Employers in Greater Des Moines, Looks to Hire Hundreds in Urbandale, Iowa

With the changing face of health and benefits in the US creating new opportunities, Mercer (one of the largest employers in Greater Des Moines) is hiring more than 300 new employees in Urbandale, Iowa, for a variety of positions in sales, customer service and operations. Flexible work options are available, including full time roles with summers off. Colleagues hired into positions that require active insurance licenses will receive paid training to help them earn licensure, enabling them to play an integral role in millions of lives.
