Mental Health + Resilience Resources During COVID-19
It’s a really tough time right now. The American Psychiatric Association’s recent study showed 36% of Americans believe coronavirus has a serious impact on their mental health and 59% feel it makes a serious impact on their day-to-day lives.
As a company in the wellbeing space, Navigate’s goal is to ensure our clients have the resources they and their employees need to take care of themselves. We all know how hard that is to do right now — especially if you’re a small business owner. Whether your business is closed temporarily, you’ve had to furlough or let go of employees, or you’re just not sure how you’re going to get past this year — we are here to help.
Free Mental Health Resources
Navigate has two free resources that we’re sharing for anyone who needs it right now. Our Do Good and Give Back Speaker Series is packed with leaders in mental health, wellness, nutrition, purpose, financial and physical health spaces to share insights and tools for how we can all make it through these really challenging months. We hope you can take some time to join us to find out how to take an hour out of your busy day back for yourself.
Second, Project Care is our virtual care package available on our website, which has a host of resources and tools around mental health, resiliency and more.
Do Good + Give Back Speaker Series
A free virtual series open to the public, this is our way of giving back to anyone who needs it right now. We hope you’ll join us and take some time to give back to yourself.
The next three upcoming sessions:
Project Care
Our Project Care is a virtual care package that is free to the public. We have eight online modules that anyone can use to focus on physical, emotional and mental wellbeing. You can find out more on our website at navigatewell.com.
