Jeff Kluever

Jeff Kluever is program director at The Robert D. and Billie Ray Center in Greater Des Moines (DSM). He is a native of Norwalk and graduated from Grinnell College. Jeff earned his Master’s at Carroll University. He joined The Robert D. and Billie Ray Center team in February 2015.
