What to Buy for Dad This Father’s Day at the Downtown Farmers’ Market
Shop local for Dad ahead of Father’s Day! This Saturday, June 15, shop the booths below to find unique gift ideas, or better yet, bring Dad with you and treat him to something special, along with live entertainment from musical guests Land N Music, Ryan Baade, Mr. Magic Productions, The Stercel Barnes Band, Beewitched Belly Dance and Carson Parker. Don’t forget to check out the booths for local Greater Des Moines (DSM) charitable organizations each week by visiting Community Corner on Third Street, including this week’s organizations, Polk County Master Gardeners, On With Life, Ronald McDonald House Charities, Sustainable Iowa Land Trust and Can Do Cancer as well as John Stoddard Cancer Center onsite with UnityPoint Health - Des Moines.
