When you visit the Downtown Farmers’ Market presented by UnityPoint Health – Des Moines this summer, check out items that will help you stay cool, stylish and protected from the sun! Check out products from favorite vendors like Final Touches by Marie, a local vendor selling a variety of items including garden yard art, Home Sweet Cone Ice Cream, which offers homemade ice cream, or vendor Iced’s booth for iced energy drinks and coffees.
