• Iowa Wild Vs. Colorado Eagles New Year’s Eve Bash at Wells Fargo Arena — Features post-game fireworks on Saturday, Dec. 30, with the game beginning at 6 p.m.
• New Year's Eve Goodie Bags at Central Library — Grab a New Year's goodie bag at the Central youth desk (one per childe) all day on Sunday, Dec. 31
• Noon Year’s Eve at Science Center of Iowa — Features a balloon drop at Noon to celebrate family time on Sunday, Dec. 31, with the entire event taking place from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m.
• Black Light New Year’s Eve at Bottle & Bottega by Painting with a Twist — Features a black light experience as you paint “Neon Champagne Love” on Sunday, Dec. 31 at 6 p.m.
• New Year’s Eve Pops at Des Moines Civic Center — Features the Des Moines Symphony and guest Cirque performers on Sunday, Dec. 31 at 8 p.m. Note: Purchase tickets by Wednesday, Dec. 20 and you could win dinner for two at RoCA, too!
