SENI-OM-SED is Des Moines spelled backwards. It has a long history starting with the SENI-OM-SED Carnival at the turn of the Century and a series of events in the ‘80s and ‘90s. With this rendition, you can join the fun, make new memories and new friends, too! Celebrate Des Moines with music, networking, food and socializing. Music will be provided by Jager and the Polkameisters.

Des Moines Arts Festival and Interrobang Film Festival

Friday, June 28 – Sunday, June 30 | Western Gateway Park
Surrounding the John & Mary Pappajohn Sculpture Park, wander the streets of Downtown Des Moines as you shop and enjoy art from 190 of the nation’s top artists, makers and creatives. Enjoy live music including The Deslondes and St. Paul & The Broken Bones on Friday and Sunny War and the Marshall Tucker Band on Saturday. Additionally, don’t miss the Interrobang Film Festival, an IMDb-verified juried show, located inside the Des Moines Public Library’s Central Library. Plus, interactive activities, food and drink vendors, and lots and lots more!
