Friday, May 19 – Saturday, May 20 | NOCE
Five-time Grammy nominee, Karrin Allyson, will command the stage both Friday and Saturday evenings at NOCE in Downtown DSM. This jazz vocalist, pianist and songwriter boasts 15 albums and one of the most recognized vocal gifts of her generation, with influences ranging from blues, pop, Brazilian, French and more.

Summer Music Series: Dustin Baird

Friday, May 19 & Sunday, May 21 | Truman’s Tavern
It’s the weekend and that means live music is back at Truman’s Tavern! Bands will play on the outdoor patio every Friday from 5 – 8 p.m. and Sundays from 2 – 5 p.m. throughout the summer. This Friday’s musician is Dustin Baird, along with Happy Hour from 3 – 6 p.m. Then on Sunday Funday, Dan Medeiros will hit the stage to help you wind down your weekend.

Vegan Summer Market

Sunday, May 21 | Cowles Commons
From Noon to 3 p.m., this showcase of local small businesses brings together tasty vegan food and a welcoming community in the center of Downtown DSM. While you’re here, dip your toes in the refreshing Cowles Commons fountains! Remember to bring a reusable bag and a fillable water bottle to help keep this event sustainable and earth friendly. Additionally, Vegan Summer Markets will be held one Sunday each month during June, July, August and September.
