Description: The Cathedral congregation cordially invites you and your loved ones to join us for our annual Christmas Eve Festival of Lessons and Carols! This joyous celebration of the beginning of Christmas is a candlelit choral service celebrating the birth of Jesus. The service is comprised of readings from the Bible tracing the path from the fall of humankind to the birth of our Saviour, Jesus Christ, interspersed with the singing of Christmas carols, hymns, and choral anthems. The festival of carols will be followed by the celebration of the Holy Eucharist. Come share the beginning of Christmas with us in this moving and joyful celebration, and be renewed in hearing again the wondrous proclamation of the angels to the shepherds, of the good news that will cause great joy for all people!
