Description
Join us for our Candlelight Vigil on Thursday, April 17, 2025 at the Iowa State Capitol, honoring those impacted by impaired driving crashes. Your presence would show victims and survivors that their voices matter and prevention remains a priority.
In 2023, Iowa saw 2,146 impaired driving crashes, resulting in 119 fatalities — a 33.7% increase from the previous year. Impaired driving accounted for 31% of all traffic deaths, up 5% from 2022.
