Dee Zee, Inc., has been machining component parts for use in its products since 1977. Over the past ten years, its machining capabilities have grown significantly. In the interest of continued growth and diversification, Dee Zee, Inc. is excited to open its machining center of excellence for outside work.

With a machining cell built around multiple 5-axis Mazak VTC800 large bed mills, Dee Zee, Inc. has the ability to handle large machined parts with an envelope of 118” X 31” X 28”. For smaller parts, partitioning the milling area makes concurrent loading and unloading possible during the milling cycle. Dee Zee, Inc. employs a team of engineers capable of tackling any machining challenge and maximizing efficiency.
