We Will Collective Partners with Iowa Cubs for One-of-a-Kind Night

The We Will Collective and the Iowa Cubs are partnering on a night with Iowa State University (ISU) student-athletes on Saturday, June 29 at Principal Park in Downtown Des Moines (DSM). Iowa State athletes and Iowa natives Audi Crooks, Tamin Lipsey, Arianna Jackson, Kelsey Joens, Caleb Bacon, Abu Sama, Jamison Patton and Addy Brown will be on hand to meet Cyclone fans, sign autographs and take photos. The Cyclone athletes will also throw out the first pitch and enjoy the game against St. Paul.

About the We Will Collective and Iowa Cubs Opportunity

The teams have curated this space as a place for the Greater Des Moines (DSM) community to meet these great Cyclones. The athletes are just as excited to meet Cyclone fans in a fun atmosphere on a different playing surface. A portion of the proceeds goes back to the We Will Collective, which supports Iowa State athletes’ work with DSM nonprofits.

The Iowa Cubs have been incredible partners for so many in this community and we at We Will were super excited when they approached us for this opportunity. The I-Cubs are a pillar in this area and this is another example of their willingness to engage in so many ways.

Since its founding in 2022, We Will has supported nearly 200 Iowa State student-athletes, who have combined to spend 2,000 hours in the community. Some of the premiere organizations ISU athletes work with through We Will are the Boys and Girls Club, Make-A-Wish, YSS and Special Olympics. The We Will mission is centered on doing NIL for good and impacting youth in central Iowa. Working with great partners like the Iowa Cubs enhances our efforts tremendously.
