Pumpkin Spice + Everything Nice at the Downtown Farmers’ Market
Every Saturday at The Market is an opportunity to find local seasonal offerings from May through October, but during fall, the urge to purchase autumn goods is strong. This Saturday, Oct. 1, not only does the countdown to Halloween begin, but people across the country will celebrate National Pumpkin Spice Day, a day to find the seasonings that scream fall – including cinnamon, clove, ginger and nutmeg. Here are a few booths to stop by to find pumpkin spice goods:
American Pride Roasters
Location: West side of 4th Street, south of Court Avenue
Try “The First Thanksgiving (Pumpkin Spice)” option from vendor American Pride Roasters. This flavor will last from National Pumpkin Spice Day through the Thanksgiving holiday!
Dave’s Coffee Cakes
Location: South side of the 300 block of Court Avenue
At Dave’s Coffee Cakes, choose from options that are part of the fall collection: “Pumpkin,” “Pumpkin Custard,” “Caramel Pumpkin” or “Pumpkin Cream Cheese.”
Friedrichs Coffee
Location: East side of 2nd Street, north of Court Avenue
Choose from a fine grind, traditional grind or whole bean “Pumpkin Spice” flavored coffee from Friedrichs.
Lotta-Pop Popcorn
