Kelsey Crosse

 Kelsey Crosse is a trial attorney for Davis Brown Law Firm's Litigation Division with an emphasis in the areas of employment law and general litigation including business litigation, commercial litigation, and insurance defense.
Kelsey zealously represents her clients in both state and federal court and counsels them on how to minimize their liability exposure prior to and during litigation. Kelsey’s clients are diverse including insurance companies, businesses of all sizes including start-up companies, professionals, banks, and non-profit organizations. She is currently the Associate Representative to the Firm’s Board of Directors.

Maggie Hanson is a member of the Davis Brown Law Firm's Litigation Division. Her practice focuses on employment law, including employment practices liability insurance (EPLI) defense, business litigation, commercial litigation, insurance defense, construction litigation, and products liability. Maggie represents a wide variety of clients in both state and federal court, working primarily on defense of employers in disputes related to labor, discrimination/harassment, wrongful termination, breach of contract/non-compete agreements, unemployment claims, and other employment-related issues. She also has experience resolving litigated matters in mediation, arbitration, and administrative forums.
