Paul Cownie is an investor, developer and manager for several mixed-use construction real estate projects and historical renovations in Central Iowa. He is the CEO of Des Moines Industrial and has served as chairman and CEO of Southern Plains Resources and as an independent director of Dakota Plains Holding Corporation.
