Evan Del Val

An initially reluctant transplant, Evan Del Val has evolved into a full-fledged Greater Des Moines (DSM) enthusiast. Growing up in Moorhead, Minn., Evan spent 10 years living in San Diego, Calif. where he was stationed while serving in the United States Navy. Following his Honorable Discharge, Evan continued his education at San Diego State University where he graduated with a degree in Civil Engineering and began his professional career working for Rick Engineering Company as a water resources engineer. Upon the birth of his second child and growing tired of the consistent 75-degree sunny days, Evan and his wife (an Ames high graduate) decided to relocate back to the Midwest and settle in DSM. In 2014, Evan took a position with ISG shortly after they opened their DSM office and works as a water resources engineer and energy market project manager.
