The Partnership’s Investors are influential business, civic and community members that have dedicated themselves to facilitating the growth of our region with a collective voice. Each Investor brings a unique perspective and experience that is integral to the growth of DSM. To facilitate discussions, conversations and connection-building, The Partnership offers many different board and committee positions to their Investors to encourage them to bring their knowledge into elevated discussion rooms with other area experts to directly help impact the future of the region.
The Partnership is an economic and community development organization that serves the Greater Des Moines region. The organization strives to build opportunities, create jobs and promote DSM USA to grow the region's prosperity and global connectivity. The organization includes six areas of work (Economic Development, Talent Development, Downtown DSM, Business Resources and Community Development, Public Policy and Communications and Marketing) and the numerous programs that fall under these areas, as well as an Investor Relations team, an Affiliate Chamber network, and a partnership with Capital Crossroads, the vision plan for Greater Des Moines and Central Iowa.
