At the 2022 Downtown Farmers’ Market, you’ll find plenty of vendors offering items for your next neighborhood or family grill out. From meat and cheese to seasoning and sauces, The Market is the place to shop for grilling necessities. Check out the local businesses listed below and find their booth at The Market this summer and fall.

Meat

Crooked Gap Farm

Knoxville, Iowa pasture-raised meat business Crooked Gap Farm offers beef, pork, lamb, rabbit and chicken at The Market. On Saturday, Aug. 7, find the Crooked Gap Farm booth on the north side of the 200 block of Court Avenue. The booth will move back to its previous location on the west side of 2nd Street, south of Court Avenue for subsequent Market dates.

Ebersole Cattle Co.

At Ebersole Cattle Company, pasture-raised and grass-fed beef is sold. Find the Ebersole booth on the north side of the 200 block of Court Avenue.

Howerdon Creek Farms

On the north side of the 300 block of Court Avenue, you’ll find the booth for Howerdon Creek Farms. Pick up Chester White Pork — no hormones, no antibiotics.

Kaysen Family Farms

Kaysen Family Farms will have their booth stocked with all the best grilling goodies, including bacon, brats, sausages, chorizo, ground pork and pork patties. Find them on the south side of the 100 block of Court Avenue.

The Popsie Fish Company

Check out The Popsie Fish Company booth on the west side of 4th Street, south of Court Avenue. They’ll have Alaskan cod, Alaskan halibut and Alaskan Salmon for purchase.

Cheese

Frisian Farms Cheese

Dutch gouda from Frisian Farms Cheese makes a delicious topper for your burger. Find it on the south side of the 300 block of Court Avenue.

Lost Lake Farm

Cow milk cheeses are the specialty of Lost Lake Farm. Visit their booth at The Market — north side of the 200 block of Court Avenue — before your next grill out.

Maytag Dairy Farms

Located on the north side of the 100 block of Court Avenue, Maytag Dairy Farms is where you can find blue cheese, goat cheese and cheese.

Seasonings + Sauces

Artisan Spice Blends

The gluten-free and vegan spices and seasonings of Artisan Spice Blends can be found on the south side of the 400 block of Court Avenue. They’ll take your grilling to the next level with delicious and flavorful blends.

Brown Dog Farms

Iowa-made hot sauce from Brown Dog Farms is the condiment you’re looking for. Find the spice at on the west side of 2nd Street, north of Court Avenue.

Buckwee’s Magnificent Mustard

At The Market just once a month, you’ll want to plan ahead to pick up mustard from Buckwee’s Magnificent Mustard. The booth is located on the north side of the 300 block of Court Avenue, so don’t miss out on your next chance to get your own jar: Aug. 6, Sept. 10, Oct. 1.

Epic Eateries

At the Epic Eateries booth — located on the east side of 3rd Street, south of Court Avenue — gourmet spice blends await. Stop by take your next barbecue to the next level.

Lola’s Fine Hot Sauce

Lola’s Fine Hot Sauce includes a variety of flavors: “Original,” “Ghost Pepper,” “Carlina Reaper,” “Trinidad Scorpion” and “Buffalo, among others. Find their booth on the west side of 2nd Street, south of Court Avenue to purchase.
