Each week, we ask Downtown Farmers’ Market shoppers: “What’s in Your Bag?” Shoppers share what local ingredients they have purchased from their favorite vendors. Check out their purchases below! 

Alexa + Brittany

Alexa and Brittany from Des Moines came to The Market today where we stopped to ask them “What’s in Your Bag?” They bought granola from O’Brien’s Own Gourmet Granola, tarts from Tami’s Tarts, cherry tomatoes, sweet potatoes, kale, rhubarb, carrots, yellow potatoes, spaghetti squash, garlic and onions. We gave them a reusable Market bag and you could get one too if we stop and ask you “What’s in Your Bag?” at The Market Saturdays through October from 8 a.m. to Noon!
