What's in Your Bag: June 4, 2022

Each week, we ask Downtown Farmers’ Market shoppers: “What’s in Your Bag?” So far this month, shoppers have shared what local ingredients were in their bag from their favorite vendors. Check out their purchases below!

Shari + Barb

We stopped Shari from Urbandale and Barb from Johnston and asked them “What’s in Your Bag?” On Saturday, they bought bread and Dutch letters from Vander Ploeg Bakery, spicy ranch sauce from Brown Dogs Farm, garlic butter marinade from Epic Eateries, cucumbers, green onions, radishes, tomatoes and rhubarb. We gave them a free reusable Market bag for letting us stop them and you could get one too if we stop and ask you “What’s in Your Bag?” Saturdays at the Market from 7 a.m. to Noon.
