Janette and Chad Share What's in Their Bag at the 2021 Downtown Farmers' Market

What's in the Bag

August 31, 2021

Each week, we ask Downtown Farmers’ Market shoppers: “What’s in Your Bag?” This week, Janette and Chad shared what’s in their bag.Janette and Chad

What’s in Janette + Chad’s Bag

We stopped Janette and Chad from Indianola while they were shopping at the Market this morning and asked them, “What’s In Your Bag?” They were getting their weekly groceries and bought kale, tomatoes, squash blossoms, peaches, cauliflower, broccoli, yellow squash, potatoes, hot sauce from Brown Dogs Farm, sugar cube cantaloupe from Shutt’s Garden Center, and lion’s mane mushrooms from Wabi Sabi Farm. We gave them a reusable Market bag for letting us stop them and you could get one too if we ask you “What’s In Your Bag?” at the Market, Saturdays from 7 a.m. to Noon.
