Extend National Donut Day to the Downtown Farmers' Market

You can’t buy happiness, but you can buy donuts. And that’s kind of the same thing.

On Friday, June 3, buying and enjoying those circular breakfast treats will be a priority for many — it’s National Donut Day! While there are plenty of local spots to hit up for your donut fix to celebrate on Friday, we think extending the holiday into Saturday morning is something everyone should consider. Grab a coffee, find one of the booths below and enjoy a donut from one of Greater Des Moines’ (DSM’s) local Downtown Farmers’ Market vendors, too.

Barb’s Garden and Pantry

Brenda Smith Concessions

Uncle David’s Mini Donuts
