Edison, For-Sale Condominiums, Being Constructed in Downtown Des Moines

Des Moines, IA (August 14, 2019) – Hubbell Realty Company has started the construction of Edison, a for-sale condominium community, off of SW 7th Street in downtown Des Moines. The 52-unit building will be developed in two, three-story buildings with a warehouse-like brick façade matching many of the communities in the area.

Edison is the first new condominium construction in downtown in many years and is a great opportunity for first-time homebuyers looking to stay near the downtown core. Price points will start at $170,000 and will extend up to $325,000 for a studio, one- or two-bedroom condo.
